We formed in 2005 in response to specific requests by a number of long-term clients, dissatisfied with falling standards of residential managing agents.

The background industry was consolidating into a diminishing number of homogenous companies looking to provide a one-stop service with interchangeable personnel across all disciplines and a simple drive to maximise fees. This was not what we believe is required by Resident Management Companies or Lessee Freehold Companies with responsibilities to their shareholders. 

What was a simple regime where a landlord provided services has evolved over the past twenty years into a professional and specialist sector with ever increasing legislation.

At Fifthstreet we are well aware of the intricacies involved, each of our Directors having been in their specialised field for over twenty years. Our staff are accredited by professional institutions such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Institute of Residential Property Management.
